Many if not all locations do have Covid-19 testing capabilities. Rapid or PCR testing can be used to test individuals who are presenting with symptoms, test individuals that have encountered a confirmed positive case or be used to help people get back to school or work safely. Only select locations have the covid-19 vaccine for patients that are of age and qualify. Also speak to your provider about the Covid-19 booster shot. Make sure you are a good candidate for the booster.

Most facilities are open 7 days a week with extended evening hours Monday-Friday and slightly shorter hours on the weekend. There are also many locations who provide patients with quality care during select holidays. There are also many locations that are open 24/7 for access to medicine when you need it most.

Many clinic providers offer patients telemedicine visits for their acute injuries or illness. This could include UTIs, sinus infections, cold and flu symptoms, gastrointestinal pain and issues, dermatitis, bug bites, seasonal allergies, and more. Most virtual visits are a consultation/evaluation and if the provider decides you will be best seen in the office, you may need to follow up with an in-person visit.

The staff is full of highly educated and dedicated professionals who are experienced at treating many common illness and injury. If you are not suffering from a life-threatening emergency, you can skip the E.R. and head to your local immediate care facility for treatment.

There are many clinics with a highly educated staff that can perform an HPV specimen collection. Some locations do have onsite laboratory for rapid results, but others will need to send your specimen to a reference lab. Your testing will be kept completely confidential as well as all other health concerns and treatments.

What conditions can be treated over telemedicine visits?

Serious conditions cannot be treated with a virtual appointment common and minor injury and illness are usually treated virtually. Such as strep throat, UTIs, dermatitis caused by poison ivy and other irritants, seasonal allergies, minor allergic reactions, ear/eye/throat infections, select prescription refills, and consultations for a variety of health questions and concerns. There are many injuries and illnesses that would be better treated in-office.

STDs or STIs can be caused by either a bacterium or a virus there are many sexually transmitted infections that cannot be cured with the simple use of an antibiotic, but there are a few that can. That is why it is important to use prophylactics such as condoms anytime you are having sex. It will lower your chances of being infected with a sexually transmitted infection that cannot be cured.

The following can be resolved with an antibiotic:

• Gonorrhea
• Chlamydia
• Trichomoniasis
• Syphilis

The following cannot be cured only managed:

• Hepatitis
• HIV
• Herpes
• HPV
